Here at inlineskates.net, we want you to feel confident in your inline skate purchase and ensure you find the perfect fitting skate every time.
With that goal in mind, we created the Guaranteed Inline Skate Fit Program.
How does it Work? 4 Easy Steps:
1. Order the Guaranteed Inline Skate Fit Program and try up to 3 different pairs of inline skates risk free by selecting either 'Buy 3 Return 2' or 'Buy 2 Return 1'.
2. Once you receive your inline skates, try them on and pick the one that fits best.
3. Give our Customer Service Department a call at 888-271-7500 and give them your order number. They will give you a pre-paid return label for all but one of the inline skates you ordered.
4. Just ship us back your unwanted pairs of inline skates in the same packaging and condition you received them. We will refund your card within one to two days of receiving them.
Please Note:
* This program must be purchased with your original order, and cannot be purchased at time of return. This program is only available for items delivered to and returned from the 48 contiguous United States.
* Inline Skates must be returned within 2 weeks of arrival. Skates returned later than 2 weeks or in any condition other than new will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* The Guaranteed Fit Program for Inline Skates excludes all Special Order Items
* Skates must ONLY be tried on and may NOT be skated on even indoors. This will cause wear to the wheels.

What can I say, I ordered the product I needed and it was delivered promptly.
Service and delivery comments:
Was nervous about buying skates off the internet due to getting correct size. The return program looked interesting so I bought two pairs hoping the return program would work as advertised. To my surprise it worked as advertised. No hassles and very quick refund for second pair. They had to have credited back as soon as they received the returned skates. I did make a couple calls during the process for information and the agents were very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend/buy from again!

I wear 11 or 11.5 mens nike running but I like to skate in 10.5 rollerblade. 11 would work but 10.5's are better. I need to feel the fit.
My last skates lasted 17 years so the cost is nominal.
