We purchased this set of equipment for my son so that him and I could go skating for exercise. The skates fit well and he had no complaints about comfort.
The only issue we've run into is that the wheels are too slick to be used on our hardwood floor. We thought (since it's the middle of winter) that he could use them inside and learn, and then when it was warmer outside, he would be ready to go. Unfortunately, they have virtually no traction on our floor, unlike the skates that I have.
