These are really great skates. The fit is comfortable, easy in and out, has a nice roll.

The only thing that I would be more happy about is if the bearings were greased better upon arrival. I know I can take care of that myself but was hoping the bearing manufacturer had taken care of it. Don't get me wrong the roll is definitely better than averaged but it could be better out of the box.

I bought these for working out, and have taken them out a few times through nearby neighborhoods so far. They're comfortable, fast, and a great workout. (I get tired before my feet start to hurt.) They seem to be well constructed, and I have no complaints so far.

Customer service far exceeded my expectations. The number on the website sent me to a general customer service person. But when I asked for the number of someone in the store who actually knew about skates, the rep was happy to put me in touch. That person understood my need for a bargain and searched inventory for me, recommending this men's skate in the proper size, because it was on sale. I was concerned about fit. But when I found the website had a size chart, I confirmed his recommendation--and it was right on. Imagine that--quality, service and value at the same place! I was so pleased.

Delivery was much faster than I'd expected. I had them in just a couple of days.

I was happy to receive an invitation to review my experience with this retailer. The offer of a $10 off coupon was just icing on the cake. I would have done it for free! :)

I just skate around my neighborhood for exercise, and these do a great job! Surprisingly comfortable. I typically skate about 6 miles each time without pain anywhere in my feet.

I'm a college student in Dallas who hadn't skated since middle school, but I'd been really wanting to get back into skating for a while now. My girlfriend and I had been wanting to get some skates for a while now so we could skate around the lake.
I picked these skates up and the first thing I noticed was how comfortable they were and how nice they looked. I wear a size 11 shoe, and the size 11 skate fit perfectly.
I skated around in them and it was incredibly smooth and felt great.
My girlfriend and I went to the lake today and skated probably a mile or so. These skates really did a great job. They went over different surfaces of the walking trail with ease, and I barely felt the vibrations when the trail got rough.
My only complaint really would be that they don't go as fast as I was hoping they would. Well... don't get me wrong, they aren't slow- they go fast, but they don't maintain that speed for very long at all. That means that you have to push more to maintain high speeds. This might actually be great for people who are looking to get a workout though.
I'm considering getting faster bearings and maybe upgrading the wheel size just so these skates can go a little faster and take me further because if they just maintained speed a little better, they'd be perfect!
But these are definitely recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, smooth ride, and especially if you'd like to get a workout in maintaining speed.

I love these skates they are smooth and easy to use. The 84mm wheels are not too fast for beginners, but they do seem to wear quickly (maybe the area I ride on though). I do like the option of upgrading to larger wheels when the time comes. I have less than twenty miles on them and needed to rotate them. The arches of my feet are sore after wearing them, but everyone's feet are different so I figured this was the case. I would definitely buy these again.
