I don't typically wear protection, but I heard great things about these and decided to protect myself. The pads are comfortable and highly breathable as they don't leave you sweaty when you take them off. These pads are easy to get on and the Velcro straps allow you to get a comfortable fit. I haven't fallen yet so not sure how that works but the caps seem highly durable and should protect you once you fall.

The pads themselves do what they do best--protect those vulnerable elbows, knees, and wrists. However, the one draw back was that the knee pad size was too small and had to trade up for a larger size.
