The Lo-balance magnesium frame is tough, stiff and durable, allowing you to skate farther, faster and easier with less effort. The magnesium frame has less flex and movement, this reduces the amount of energy that is lost when energy is transferred to the wheels. The SG9 bearings will determine the smoothness of your ride and your ability to reach higher speeds with less effort, thus creating a longer roll for you to use to your advantage. The liner consists of a precision five star fit that is made of memory foam and anatomical pads this combination is lighter in weight and allow for your feet to remain comfortable and cooler on those warmer long distance training days. This low profile boot with the 45 degree strap and high end components will be the essential part of your inline skating while providing you with support around your ankles for lateral movements that are key to start and end with a great cardio pumping workout.

Comments about Rollerblade Crossfire 90 Inline Skates 2011:
I was not super happy with these skates. I like the design and closure system but that is about all I liked. They weren't very comfortable as I felt like the wheels were sticking to the ground. It was hard to get going on these skates and it just felt awkward. I have been skating for over 25 years and I honestly felt like it was my first time on blades. Again awkward feel, calves and groin areas were uncomfortable and sore after like 3 minutes of skating.

Comments about Rollerblade Crossfire 90 Inline Skates 2011:
I haven't received an acceptable pair yet. The first pair I received had a broken skate and I returned them imediately. I then received a second pair which were obviously used skates. I'm sending them back and hoping third time will be a charm, but am not pleased with the experience to say the least.

Comments about Rollerblade Crossfire 90 Inline Skates 2011:
Boot frame broke on both skates just below the pivots after only 1/2 hour of indoor skating. The skates were exchanged and lasted six months before breaking again. This experience has made me lose faith in inline skate quality. This is the tenth pair of inlines I've owned in the past 23 years of inline skating. Compare that with my friends who use traditional quad roller skates, having gone through 3 pairs in the same amount of time.

Comments about Rollerblade Crossfire 90 Inline Skates 2011:
I skate recreationally, for fitness. Usually do an hour or two of rail trail. The ride, the smoothness, the lack of vibration, and the fabulous 90mm wheels make for a heavenly and speedy ride. The lace system, strap and ratchet strap are simple and straight forward, making the skates easy to get quickly in and out of. Additionally, the boot is well sized, comfortable and well ventilated. This is just the best I've had and I've been blading since 1995.

Comments about Rollerblade Crossfire 90 Inline Skates 2011:
These were great skates while they lasted. Fast, very manueverable, and great on rough pavement. I am dissappointed that they broke after one year (half year of use, really). The upper support for the ankle broke off a grommet and cracked in 3 separate places. May have been quality control on the manufacture, as this skate always felt like the center of gravity was off when standing upright. Rollerblade usually does skates right. I expect more than 6 months and a broken upper support.

Comments about Rollerblade Crossfire 90 Inline Skates 2011:
I bought these for fitness and put on 100 miles in 3 wks but bearings seized solid due to water and non serviceable bearings - awesome on rougher surfaces and still quite maneuverable - a little tough to lace up tight for my liking though.
