Just got back into skating after a 10 yr hiatus. Great pair of skates, super fast and durable. I skate for recreational purposes, mainly on street and rough terrain. Boots feel a little too narrow, other than that a good fit. Great skates though... would definitely reccomend them!

First pair of skates since my old coolblades with upgraded wheels and bearings. Not as fast but I like the full hard shell. I miss the old ratchet vs laces, they were faster. So far the velcro and laces have held up nicely. Boot took a little while to break in. Happy with the purchase. Would have gave the 5 stars but they hurt my feet for the first couple of outings.

Very excited to get these urban skates and upgrade from recreational. I can't believed the control with these urban wheels. They are soft giving a good ride, but very sticky giving good control.

I didnt realize the difference between how different an urban wheel is from a recreational wheel. They are so much stickier and yet smooth and soft ride. I fell on recreational wheels a couple of months before buying these, but I never would have if I would have been using these skates. They grip so well an give a really comfortable ride. I didn't think that they fit at first, but the more I used them the better they fit and I found easy for getting them on and of smoothly because it's a tight fit. I'm glad I went with my size they fit pretty much to size.

Love the Sk8s, but I wear a mens 9.5 so I ordered the 10 so I could wear an extra pair of socks. When they came they where super tight! I have contuniued to wear them and they are starting to break in. Wish I would have gone with the 10.5, but i stil love the Sk8 and it is smooth and fast!

Although I've known about these skates for a while, I wanted to wait until I could try them on before buying online. I found a store that sold them and thought immediately that these skaes were amazing. Not sure if this makes a difference, but I got a half size above my foot size for comfort.
When I went skating, everything felt smooth as could be. These are an amazing pair of skates.

I wear a 10.5 shoe, had to order 11.5 size for these skates. My feet are 11 inches long...food for thought.

No buckles - which bugs me. The velcro straps do a fair job of tightening down the skate. Laces are average as well. Would like to see velcro replaced with buckles to really improve these skates. Fasteners are attached to leather that is bolted in, fasteners tend to slip out in weird angles which makes tightening a chore. Wondering how long the velcro will last as well as the leather buckles. Overall, an average skate - good for starting out or getting back into the hobby...sure do miss buckles though.

this is a very good pair of skates i started out with a pair of schwinn skates and i needed something better and when i got these i almost fell on how fast they were.All over this is a nice pair of skates fast stylish.
