I am a recreational skater. I followed the size chart for men to women size conversion and still needed half size smaller because forefoot was very roomy and too much space in toe area. I liked this skate because it reminded me of the orig '89 Aeroblade. Ended up returning it. I exchanged this pair for one that had more cushioning around the foot and toe area and better forefoot adjustment(wish they went back to the 3 buckle system). It's nice to have ankle support but the rest of your foot should be supported too with relative ease, that is. Nice concept. maybe my experience would have been better if they made this style for women.As sometimes a mans skate will not fit a women as it should. Hit to the mfgrs. Good skate for male beginners to intermediate, though.

I've wanted to get a really nice pair since I was a kid in the era of Aeroblades and Macroblades. These skates are true to their reputation...very fast, responsive and overall great pair.

Extremely fast skate. Was considering this or the Crossfire 100s, but these fit better and were more comfortable (I have wide feet). Like the placement of the adjustable support on this model as well.
