I skate a trail a couple of times a week. This seems to be a good all around skate. So far the quality and durability are good. I felt the product vs. price was great. Thanks!

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 80 Inline Skates 2010:
These skates look great with their unique asymmetrical laces (on the side) as well as good color combination and feel even better when rolling thanks to their very comfortable and true to shoe size fit and really good performance on the skating rink floor as well as the park. Add to that, the killer sale price from InlineSkales.net and it is hard to imagine how you can do better.

Comments about Rollerblade Spark 80 Inline Skates 2010:
Through the years, I have tried many makes and models of inline skates. These past experiences and purchases have led me to favor this brand above all other. They may costs more in terms of price. However, no other brand compares in terms of quality and value.
This skate has a good mix of features (e.g., smooth ball bearings, metal frame, and replaceable brakes). I have encoutered plastic frames and spacers, which result in more impact and a slower stroke. I have worn through many brake pads skating on asphault, which for these are easy-to-find on the Internet and replace on these skates. Only one negative, I pefer all straps to laces/straps, but I must say you do get a tighter snug fit. I must say this is a personal perference.

I'm not a beginner, but long out of practice.
These are good, solid, easy-to-use skates of good quality.
I hadn't skated in 15+ years (in my mid-40's) and so I found great value in watching the online tutorials on the different skates. There are other good educational materials available on the site, too.

Go to a local store to get fitted first before you go shopping online!
I am a (very) beginner skater. I went to the store to try on a pair and at first didn't know what good fitment should feel like. I wear a size 9 shoe and after putting on a size 9 skate, I thought my feet were going to fall off. I ended up getting a size 10 and that was much more comfortable.
The skates provide good ankle and arch support, they look good, and once I build up my confidence, I am sure they are fast.
I also tried something that was below the price range of this skate and it was not nearly as comfortable...I don't know how anyone could spend more than a few minutes in them. And these were the most expensive (but not expensive) pair at this sporting good store. They were much better than the pair "below."
