I bought these poles to replace my older worn out nordic blading poles. They have a nice strap that is wide around the wrist and adjusts easily to any size hand. The rubber tips are a nice addition as well. The carbide tips for pavement use are sharp and easy to sharpen. The graffics on the pole are cool too. Nice swing weight and they are stiff (at the 160cm length). The price is great, and yes it is for a pair.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
